The official (?) St George’s at drama club and new hairstyles
Apparently, the official St George’s is today as one does not celebrate a saint’s day over Easter. We did not know that and celebrated St George’s on 23rd. As a result we had today another St Goerge’s celebration drama club style. And while we did that, ladies showed off their amazing hair after morning sessions in the beauty salon.
Darts, the quiz and some more
Another great darts game this afternoon – Karen did try we have to give it to her. The leaders – Bety, Ron and no surprises here Gavin who is now playing at SUPER-LEAGUE level!!!! The quiz was won by Ethel’s team with guest players (Karen and Gemma). Chocolate for the winners donated by Karen and Pimms for everyone 😀
Cold windy afternoon, daffodils, dogs and Ethel
While many people would stay away from walks on a cold windy afternoon Ethel enjoys every opportunity to go out. Today, the afternoon quickly turned from nice but windy to cold and windy. Still, Ethel, Meg and Gerry enjoyed a long walk through the Phear Park with frequent stops to talk to dogs, watch children enjoying free afternoon after school and pick some spring blossom.
