Bettie decided Easter is a good time for the two resident ‘chicks’ to get a makeover. Today’s sunshine and an afternoon in the garden with the drama group, socialising and afternoon coffee was the perfect setting. We think the ‘chicks’ look great!

Elsie quickly settled, started making friends and joined all the activities she enjoys. Walking, weeding (Elsie volunteered to be the “weeder” and join a months others the “digger” – Harry, “the painter” – Ron, “the animal officer” – Dennis), and today the drama club. 

Another great darts game this afternoon – Karen did try we have to give it to her. The leaders – Bety, Ron and no surprises here Gavin who is now playing at SUPER-LEAGUE level!!!! The quiz was won by Ethel’s team with guest players (Karen and Gemma). Chocolate for the winners donated by Karen and Pimms for everyone   😀

Kay and Bettie got together this afternoon the make some brownies. Dennis cleaned the bowls….. yummy. Kay promised Peter Victoria Sponge tomorrow since when it comes to licking chocolate does not do it. peter cannot wait
