It is a sports day today
From walks along the lanes, fitness with Mick, the beach to games organised by Gavin on the lower lawn including football!
Although the residents team continues to beat the staff, Gavin who has not played bowling before proved to be a tough competitor. And who said one cannot join football from the chair? Reg does not think so and showed some great kicks. 😀 Thanks you Gavin 😕
