Today and yesterday were glorious – at last warmth and the sun. As usual we celebrated this momentous occasion spending time in the garden playing musical chairs and tables game moving from the lower lawn to the pergola, through the side terrace and ending bak at the main terrace. Today’s choir sounded just marvellous (s0 we were told!)band the lunch tasted much better when eaten in the shade under the pergola.

When you come you will see changes in our garden – new colourful flower beds, new looking garden furniture and accessories and the lawn looking at its best. Harry is happy with the new law mover (works a treat, light and easy to use) and is determined to get the lawn looking perfect working on it every day. Ron continues with painting – garden shed, chicken shed and the next I was told will be the flower boxes you see when you arrive! Rene looks after the patio and Dennis ensures the animals are fed and does the quality check on the lawn 😆 Thank you! Our rabbit is doing well and Tinka wants to play with it.

On Saturday the staff organised a party (karaoke, raffle, BBQ and more) to raise money towards the treatment of Kenny who was injured in a car accident. With all your support over £400 was raised. Thanks to Karen and everyone else who supported it! And big thanks to Gemma who is nursing Kenny at home  😀 There was some great singing on the day and we will be posting couple of videos soon

Another great afternoon of music at the Sidmouth Theatre on Monday when 20 of us descended on Sidmouth. Talking to all who came afterwards we got thumbs up! Photos say it all  😆 Bog thanks to everyone who made it possible!
