Our Xmas celebrations proper started with a 8 men trip to a wonderful carol service at the Holy Trinity Church. We are all looking forward to a very spacial Xmas day

Tonight Kat came with a small group of her choir. Our choir sang some favourite songs and then we listened to a fab performance. Joyce shouted ‘Bravo’ at the end and said ‘you are very talented’. We were so pleased that Bill decided to come out and listen to the performance. He liked it and joined with some of the songs our choir sang!

We met Andrew in October at the Brixington Community Church where we went for a Quiz Night. Andrew studies theology and has been coming to Rose Lodge as part of his course. A man of many talents Andrew also proved to be a great skittles player. Today, after morning walks Andrew played Christmas music with us joining in.

From 7.30pm till 9.45pm everyone sat transfixed enjoying every sound. What a great night

If Ron could, he would probably live in the garden. Difficult to do in the UK…. and so in winter or on horrible days Ron transforms himself into a bookworm. Ron is especially interested in history.
