Almost there – last week we also had birthdays – Happy Birthday Bill! (with a super cake and candles), as much time time outside as we could catch on the walks and in the garden, games, dancing…. It was a great week and it was lovely to see Bill joining the games and having such a good time! Val decided to join the art club and she did enjoy her time with paints! Joyce braved the outside with Tricia going out every day and loving it!

Never a dull moment, last week and weekend was about being part of our living community, enjoying other people’s company, feeling useful, having fun, living and being happy

We are very fortunate that a well known artist Angie Seaway is running our art club every week. Today we explored pastels, Kandinsky’s circles, flowers, leaves and landscapes. These are fantastic!

You have noticed that there were no new posts for a week…… We are still here, busy as usual, only the blog posting machine slowed down! And so we shall start a quick,  catch-up on last week. From walks in between the showers on the beach and in the garden,feeding animals, selecting classical music Cds for the day, playing pub quiz, preparing flowers for the tables to Tai Chi.

When we start feeling somewhat tired and need a break – TV, playing dominos with a friend, doing puzzles, talking, reading or looking after Tinker……
