People living with dementia don’t need reminiscence therapy, they are not like broken clocks that need to be fixed.
They do need opportunities to engage in a wide variety of activities, and some of those may naturally trigger memories to be shared with others. This is not about being a person living with dementia, it is just about being human. Who of us doesn’t like to tell a story every now and then ?
