With a super sense of humour, a wonderful smile, strong body that amazes Mick during the fitness classes Gordon enjoys a good read, fitness and good company. Today he finally made it to Bill’s room where the two gentlemen chatted about their military history. Fabulous!

Unbelievable really, flowers are coming up and we are outside enjoying sunshine in January!

The right environment encourages people to be sociable and in the process find friendly souls and develop friendships which do last. Joyce and Beryl love sitting together when they meet during the afternoon dances, Irene and Pam became un-seperable, and Valerie who joined our community recently has found a friend in Janet and Irene.  At the same time friendships develop with staff and our external visiting people like Mick.

What do you do after lunch on a cold January day? Snooze, read or…….. get a special treatment in the salon. Every afternoon Tracy offers serious pampering sessions leaving people relaxed, smiling and looking fabulous! Ethne had a lovely time this afternoon with relaxing music, chat and lots and lots of pampering! Thank you Tracy  😀
