There is nothing better than chatting to strangers during the walk or making fuss over children or puppies – along our lanes, in town on the seafront…..  It leaves us smiling and talking about it longer after we come back home

Enjoy each other’s company, chatting, reading and having a laugh. This morning reading and talking while reading a book about Highrove and Elephants.

It may have been chilli on Friday, however, John was in great spirits when we left for a longer walk before lunch. So much so that he broke into a jog as we walked along our quiet lanes! That’s what you call fit!

When there is good music playing there is no need for an invitation to sing or dance…… while your nails are done, while you are playing games or enjoying other people’s company.
