Perfect start to 2021 for Christopher

Nothing beats listening to someone playing piano. Our keyboard is used regularly by Kathleen, Clive and Diane.
Today was V day
On this beautifully bright day, on the very last day of a dreadful year, our staff team went up to RD&E hospital to receive our first dose of the Pfizer vaccine.
And there are signs that the NHS is gearing up for imminent vaccination of care home residents now the Oxford vaccine has been approved.
It feels like today we started to turn the corner towards normality for the Rose Lodge family. It will be some time before we can fully lift restrictions but we can now at least start the new year on a positive note, and we can allow ourselves to start dreaming about better days ahead.

Love is in the Hair
Our salon has busy with haircuts, blow-dries and rollers. Nothing beats new hair!
