Living in the moment

When we live in the moment, confusion can fall away. There are no memories to try to recall, no worries about the future, just the joy of being –  and enjoying the moment.

This afternoon, in the cottage the art club was exploring perspective, and in the Lodge residents were absorbed in a live music performance.

Two communities with a single ethos, to help our residents in their search for meaning, something that unifies us all, whether we live with dementia or not.

Our builders have been working hard to extend the final Cottage bedroom to be equipped with a level wet-room, and to create some more workspace for the management team.
