I am sharing with you all a letter we received from the paramedic team who visited our home last week. It is a testament to all of our staff and to what an extraordinary team they are.
Hello.
I attended your care home on the 8th April in the capacity of a paramedic.
My colleague and I wanted to take a moment to let you know how impressed we were with the attention, compassion and caring the two carers showed whilst we were there.
The bond and rapport they shared with your resident was obvious and humbling.
I wanted you to know you have two exceptional members of staff. Please pass on my praise to the two carers.
I am sorry I don’t have their names… but one had blonde /pink hair and was pregnant, the other lady had black hair.. both were from Romania I believe.
Well done and thank you for having such a great empathy for your residents.
Kind regards
Josh Newstead – Paramedic
Wow that’s amazing! Considering how busy paramedics are at the moment – to find the time to give such positive feedback. They must have been seriously impressed. Congratulations!
Hello Joanna,
Thank you for sharing this message.
As the daughter of the resident that the Paramedics attended, together with my sister and brother, we would also like to offer our sincere thanks to the staff who looked after our mum. This is the second episode that my mother has had during her time at Rose Lodge, I witnessed the first incident and I can certainly agree with the paramedics that you do have exceptional staff who are well managed.
As a family we feel very lucky that mum was able to become a resident of Rose Lodge the care she is given by all the staff has given is great peace of mind.
A lovely tribute during the most difficult of times. Thank you to all the staff for the excellent standard of care and compassion that you have always achieved.
Shows what a special place this is and a fitting tribute to all of the fantastic team. Thankyou one and all. From daughter of a resident.
