A little positivity

A little positivity from us at Rose Lodge Dementia Care Home in Exmouth. I’m so proud and feel so lucky to have worked for such a loving and caring home for over the past 6 years. I just want to say a massive THANK YOU to all the key workers around Exmouth. We all know how tough this is but we are continuing to provide a SAFE and LOVING environment for the vulnerable through this terrible time. And how strong we are as a community with everyone trying there best to help with each other’s needs!
With staff self isolating because of medical needs, staff who are working back to front helping out with shifts due to being understaffed and leaving there loved ones at home, management – making sure staff are well looked after and so on the list is endless!

And we will still continue to do this when this is all over, nothing ever goes unnoticed so thank you!

Thank you, thank you, thank you to all the wonderful staff at Rose Lodge and Rose Cottage. As the daughter of a resident, I am always impressed by the highest level of care, and it’s great to see such a positive message now.

Thank you all for keeping our loved ones safe during these challenging times. Thanks also for not forgetting the families who are missing the ones they love because they are not able to visit, by making sure there are regular phone and video calls. Thanks also for keeping cheerful and for keeping our precious loved ones cheerful in this time of adversity. We will always be grateful to you, you are wonderful.
