We were very lucky to have a pile of old newspapers and magazines from the 1940’s and 50’s
donated this week from a local resident.
They are a fantastic memory facilitator to jog memories from a few decades ago and have been well received by everybody here at Rose Lodge, thank you.

Someone decided it would be a great idea
to have ice-cream by the seaside,
so we walked down to the beach,
It was the best idea of the day, delicious Mmmmm

Life is for living well, chair exercise on the terrace is a great way to improve circulation, stimulate motivation, and create a sense of achievement

is going for a spin making your smile sparkle and gleam
