My husband has now been a resident since June 2019 and prior to that a Day Care service user for a year. The care he has received is outstanding. He is kept stimulated with all the wonderful activities and outings. Everything is well thought out and geared towards giving people with dementia a rewarding purposeful life. Handing the care of a loved one over to others is an act of trust and one hopes that that person will be cared for properly and you take for granted that carers will always do what is best for them. Rose Lodge do! Everyone from the laundry ladies who work very hard keeping residents in beautifully laundered clothes, to the cleaners who keep everywhere smelling clean and fresh deserves praise. We are so grateful to the manager who is like a breath of fresh air, the driver who has shown kindness beyond the call of duty, the member of staff who responds to queries quickly and efficiently and to all of the wonderful caring staff, we as a family sent our heartfelt thanks.
