Working at Rose Lodge
Can you dance ?
At Rose Lodge every member of staff is a carer, and every member of staff is an activities coordinator! At Rose Lodge, our aim is to turn every ‘task’ into an ‘activity’. This means that dancing, singing, reading the paper, and giving a hand-massage are part and parcel of the job description of being a carer.
Interested ? Then call the manager Karen Bousher on 01395 227071. It’s ok she doesn’t bite!
Be prepared to be interviewed by a resident though. Yes we do things differently at Rose Lodge.
